Mental Health Group
In my spare time I have been managing a Colorado mental health group called Friend For All. It is a private group where I am the Admin and work on invites and upkeep of the group. If you want to join please let me know. My focus is mainly Stress and Anxiety Management with the Facebook Group. I have been making progress on this group while also making progress on my mental health.
Progress on Certifications
Progressing in my studies to take the CCST: Networking certification in January 9th. This progress includes studying for the CompTIA Network+ N10-008 exam and studying for the CCNA 200-301 exam. Still working on the skillsforall.com study for the Network Technician Career Path in addition to buckling down on the practice tests.
I am working on these three certifications to get a better mastery of Computer Networking, where I can progress into higher level certifications like the CCNP Enterprise and complete the CompTIA Trifecta of the A+, Network+, and the Security+. I am working on getting to a better spot than I was at before I couldn’t work anymore due to my mental health issues.
Conclusion
With the things that I am working on for my mental health, I’ve been doing a good job of taking my psych, diabetes and general medications and have been stable for a good year or two as a result. I am working on retraining for my social anxiety along with the knowledge and techniques to overcome that anxiety.
Another thing that I have been progressing on, is my knowledge of nutrition and mental health awareness. I have some Udemy courses on my hobbies in which these two are a part of. Some of the knowledge about nutrition and nutritional supplements have been helping me with eating better more nutritious food. This also works with my supplementation to help me with my general health and social anxiety as well.
