Looking forward
I’m looking forward to my CCNA exam, I am not scheduling it yet though. I am planning on doing the 200-301 CCNA exam in April or May. I’ve been studying for it a little lighter than I wanted to before. This still means that there is a lot of reading that I have to do in addition to following through with my study plan. I am using Udemy, CBT Nuggets, skillsforall.com and books to get the requisite level of study that the CCNA requires.
Study Plan for CCNA
Looking forward to the study plan for the CCNA and have changed it somewhat. The changes that I made are to re-read the books that I have planned. Other changes that I have done are to lower the level of practice tests, which are providing me with too much anxiety on the Cisco exams in addition to lowering the amount of study time that I am doing for labs.
For my reading, I plan to read six books in total and complete some of the Cisco skillsforall.com courses. Mainly reading the CCENT, CCNA, and CCNA practice test books along with Cisco Networking Essentials that will allow me more time to master computer networking and pass the CCNA 200-301 exam.
Conclusion
I am still looking forward to studying and passing the CCNA after I take the training along with passing the Certified in Cybersecurity exam. I am holding off on the CompTIA Network+ exam until later this year to make sure that I can pass through proper studying. I did get some relaxation of my anxiety after I passed the CCST: Networking exam with a 902 needing 700 to pass.
There are some extra things that I am doing on Hack the Box and EC-Council that I am looking forward to finishing such as the SOC Analyst path on HTB and the training for the N|DE exam from EC-Council. I am currently reading the Cybersecurity Blue Team Strategies book and then reading The Code Book. After those, I am planning on reading the Certified in Cybersecurity book and then Cisco Networking Essentials.
