Stress and Anxiety Management
Stress and anxiety management makes me able to work through my mental health issues. There are certain strategies that I use like getting up and doing something else for a while. Also, breathing and some cold water on my face helps more with anxiety. Other things like exercise, a good amount of sleep, and taking a daily multivitamin help with the stress.
Mental Health Tip
There are ways that you could go about getting better with mental health. These ways include eating better, getting a good amount of sleep every night, exercising, meditation, and taking a multivitamin. Eating better would help if you were eating processed foods and sugary drinks. By eating better you can increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat in addition to getting most sugary and salty foods along with beverages out of your diet.
General Tip
Eating better and doing some exercise will have positive effects on your wellbeing. Try to cut out as much sugary foods and beverages as you can and eat more nutritious foods like fruits and vegetables. Also getting in a multivitamin daily will help with your mental health.
Anxiety Management
To get more control of your anxiety try breathing exercises that will help you calm down. This will put your anxiety on the backburner and you can de-escalate your anxiety. Another way to do this is by putting cold water on your face or take a break outside in order to calm down.
