Welcome to aaronwdejong.net. This blog is about me, Aaron, and my journey back into IT while having struggles with my mental health. Some of my struggles have not allowed me to work due to stress and anxiety. I have a background in IT with job experience for Systems Administration and Network Administration. I’ve been studying more for Cybersecurity and aspire to be a Network Administrator.

I do have a B.S. in Computer Network Management and an A.A.S. in Computer Network Engineering. Both of these degrees are from Westwood College where I also completed the CCNA and CCNP programs through the Cisco Networking Academy and have a good computer networking background.

For my background, I currently hold a CompTIA ITF+, A+, MS-900, the CCST: Networking and CCST: Cybersecurity certifications. I am working on certifying for the CCNA certification. I also work on my hobbies which include Reading, Lifelong Learning and IT skills like Programming, Computer Networking and Cybersecurity.
