Goals for 2025

Computer Networking Goals

With my main goal of getting the CCNA in 2024, I am looking forward to passing it or using my voucher for a retake by January 5th, 2025. This goal is the main one to pass this coming year, in 2025, if I haven’t cleared it on December 19th. I am also looking more into the ACE Associate from Aviatrix and signed up for the training for this exam. This will be an additional goal to complete in 2025.

Goals for IT Certifications

There are some additional goals that I would like to accomplish after the CCNA. I have scheduled an exam date for the AZ-900 on January 23rd, 2025 so I am reading more for this exam. Two other goals are to pass the Network+ and the Certified in Cybersecurity exams in addition to doing the training for the Cybersecurity Apprentice from Palo Alto and the MD-102 from Microsoft.

Additional Goals

I am also working on my skills in Ruby, Python, Terraform and Ansible for my programming skill set. I would like to study more for the CyberOps (Cybersecurity) Associate certification from Cisco. Additionally, I have goals for doing some CFI study, Project+, and some Database skills for the DP-900 exam from Microsoft. I am looking at doing some additional skills like Stress and Anxiety Management, Nutrition and some Communication courses.

Conclusion

As I look forward to completing my goals for 2025 I have some time to reflect on my skill set and the things that I accomplished in 2024. I want to complete some things that I left open like the HPE Aruba Networking Certified Associate – Switching certification. This was one of the exams that I wanted to pass in 2014 before I was having more mental health issues later in 2015 and 2016. I have made a lot of strides battling my mental health issues and am better for it.
