My mental health is one of the things that has stayed with me for many years now and over time you get used to it and gain some normality with having mental health issues. I think that I am in a good spot physically with my Diabetes and the changes in my diet are allowing me to continue to study for these certification exams, while I get better with my mental health, to eventually get a job back as a network administrator for the first time since 2014. I have had ups and downs and for the most part if I take my pills it gives me contentment and knowledge that I still have mental health issues and it is not going away. I noticed that if I push myself I can get rid of some of my anxiety with socialization and getting more knowledge about tests.
